What does Wren do?

What do founding families actually get?
The real product, to live with for a trial period before anyone else can buy it. You use Wren with your own child, tell us what helps and what does not, and we build the rest around what you find. Wren only opens to the public after that.
How do I know if I am one of the first 50?
We invite families in the order they join the waitlist, so joining early means being invited early. Your founding number is fixed on the day you start your trial, rather than the day you join, because that is the only point we can count fairly. Join early, and take your place when we invite you.
What will it cost?
Joining the waitlist is free and nothing is charged today. When your place is ready, a £10 deposit starts your trial, and it is refundable any time you ask. After the trial, only if you choose to stay, the first 50 founding families pay £9.99 a month, or £99 a year. That price is locked for life.
What if I am not in the first 50?
You still get an early place and the same trial. The only difference is where you settle: £12.99 a month, or £129 a year, which is the standard Wren price. The founding price is capped at 50 families so that we can give each of them real attention.
Can I get the deposit back?
Yes, any time you ask, no questions. It holds your trial place, it is not a purchase, and walking away costs you nothing.
Is my child being watched or tracked?
No. Wren is built the opposite way. It reads patterns, not content, and nothing is ever aimed at your child. Screen information is volume and timing only, never what your child sees or says.
Is Wren a medical device?
No. Wren is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose anything and it is not a replacement for your doctor. When a pattern lasts, Wren gives you a plain summary you can choose to share at an appointment.
How soon will I see something?
Wren needs about a week of nights to find a pattern. After that you get one clear action, and a short check-in to see whether it helped.
What happens after I join?
You will hear from us personally, with a welcome. Wren is in build now, so we will keep you posted as it comes together, and we will be in touch when your place is ready. You can leave the list at any time.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. The trial runs on what most families already have, and we will walk you through it. The band comes later, and no founding family will ever need one to take part.
